This Privacy Policy describes the way SportActivator S.à r.l-S (hereinafter, “SportActivator”, “we”, “our” or “ us”) collects, uses and shares personal information of a visitor (hereinafter “you”) of sportactivator.com website (hereinafter “the website ”, “our website”).

SportActivator follows generally accepted security standards to help protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, SportActivator cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Data.

5. WHO ARE THE DATA RECIPIENTS AND WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

Your Personal Data will be processed internally by duly authorized persons, within the limits of their respective attributions.

Data processors

Your data may be exceptionally communicated to SportActivator data processors (including IT service providers) and external services providers such as web designers, marketing solutions providers, communication agencies, to the strictest extent necessary and subject to the existence of contractual guarantees to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

Plugins

We do use some WordPress plugins on this website that may pass data, including personal information, to external servers to process, such as Stripe payment gateway by WordPress.com.

We only use WordPress plugins and themes that are hosted by WordPress.org. WordPress.org’s guidelines clearly prohibit tracking users without their explicit informed consent.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
